Service Fees

All planning, research, and booking fees paid to The Travel S.M.E. are non-refundable.

Supplier Refunds

  • Refunds for travel bookings are subject to the policies of the individual supplier (airline, hotel, cruise, etc.)

  • The Travel S.M.E. does not control supplier refund timelines or decisions

Cancellations

  • Cancellation penalties may apply depending on the supplier

  • Some bookings may be fully non-refundable

No-Shows

Failure to travel or use booked services may result in no refund

Travel Insurance

If travel insurance is purchased, refunds or claims must be processed directly through the insurance provider.
