By booking travel services with The Travel S.M.E., you agree to the following terms:

Role as Travel Advisor

The Travel S.M.E. acts as an independent travel advisor. We arrange travel services on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

We are not responsible for:

Supplier cancellations, delays, or changes
Injuries, damages, or losses during travel
Acts of nature, weather, pandemics, or unforeseen events

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable planning/booking fee may be required before services begin
All payments must be made by the stated deadlines
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change until confirmed and deposited
Availability is not guaranteed until booking is secured

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for:
Valid passports, visas, and identification
Meeting all entry requirements for destinations

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. By declining insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses.

Client Responsibility

You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Review all travel documents upon receipt
Comply with supplier terms and conditions
